Orchid Wax Pillar & Melt Blend

Description Orchid Wax Pillar & Melt Blend is a high-quality soy blend wax, specifically designed for melts, tarts, votives, and pillar candles. It produces outstanding results with minimal frosting when used with liquid dyes and pastille colouring. Available in easy-to-use pellets, it is one of our most popular waxes. Another beautiful addition to our Orchid Wax line, the Pillar & Melt Blend is ideal for creating perfect melts, freestanding pillar candles, and moulded candles. Note: Pillar and Melt blend comes in pellets and is slightly sticky to handle. Fragrance Load: Melts: 8-10% fragrance load by weight Pillar Candles: No more than 3% fragrance by weight Instructions: Heat wax pellets in a double boiler to 80-85°C and stir continuously until melted. Add colour and additives to melted wax and stir until combined. Allow wax to cool to between 70-75°C  for adding recommended fragrance amounts and stir until completely combined. Pour into moulds between 65-75°C. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. If you’re making container candles we suggest trying our other soy waxes such as C3 03, SB45 and GW464!
