Love my new knives and they are a great addition to my knife kit. I am a professional chef and they come in handy for any meal. I get a lot of compliments on the looks of these knives. I accidently washed them in a bucket of soap water and bleach with all my other knives. The bleach made it rust a little but i just wipped it down good with oil and it was good as new. So do not wash with bleach. Soap and water is good enough. Great value for 250 USD, the quality IS AMAZING. 4 stars because shipping was slower than expected, took 10 days to arrive to Montana
